An American Airline Flight carrying 60 passengers and 4 crew members has collided with an Airforce Chopper in midair.
The plane departed Wichita, Kansas. The helicopter, an American Airforce Chopper with 3 soldiers was on a training flight.
The crash happened near Regan National Airport outside of the Washington, DC, according to aviation and defense officials.
The aircrafts after the crash both fell into the Potomac River where rescue missions are underway.
So far, no survivors have been pulled from the crashed plane and helicopter in the freezing river.
Flights have been grounded with about 19 of them diverted to Dulles International Airport.
