Re-apply: Sometimes embassies make genuine errors in their decisions, but it’s rare. If your travel is not an urgent one, you could wait a little while and re-apply and satisfy the reason you were denied a visa in the past. In fact, your visa could have been refused just because people have traveled to where you intend to travel and did not return.
Though the embassy knows why you were refused previously, you may want to re-state it and deliver a counter-proof or argument. Do not be too quick to re-apply if there’s no reason to do so. The positive outcome you desire does not depend on the number of times you re-apply or apply for a visa. In fact, re-applying multiple times may only suggest to the consular the level of your desperation. There is certainly no need to re-apply if you have not satisfied the reason for your refusal. When you wait a little while before re-applying, it may show you’re not soo desperate to travel outside your country.
