The Airport Company Limited has announced a direct flight from Kumasi Airport to Gatwick
There has been rumors during the past few days about the possibility of such a straight flight.

But the rumors did not have concrete backing from relevant stakeholders.
However, on Friday morning on Peace FM’s Kokroko show, the MD for Airport Company granted an interview.
The MD gave confirmation to the rumors.
The MD stated that it is a direct flight to Gatwick.
She also stated that it was in collaboration with Ethiopian Airlines
Its maiden flight is scheduled for 3rd December 2024
