Andrews Agyapa-Mercer, a former MP for secondi constituency has vehemently defended Ken Ofori-Atta, former Minister of State in charge of Finance.
He made his defence on Joy News political talk show.
Agyapa-Mercer, a lawyer and a member of the New Patriotic Party diaagreed with what ie termed unfair public trial and perception about the former Finance Minister.
He stated unequivocally that no law mandates the minister to be accountable to the people of Ghana.
