Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) has presented a brand new car on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama to the man who walked from Kumasi to Accra to attend the Inauguration ceremony and congratulate the president.
The 65 year old man known as Alhaji Ayaana is an entrepreneur and Philanthropist. The man is a native of Tamale. He walked a total of 250 kilometers from Kumasi to Accra.
He began his journey on January 4th 2025 and arrived on January 5th 2025. Mr Ayaana took a shorter time to arrive than expected.
The entrepreneur apparently took less than 48 hours to arrive in Accra for the Inauguration ceremony.
As a form of an appreciation and a reward, the president has gifted him a brand new car.
With the gift, the 65 year old man may not have to walk back to Kumasi.
