Founder of Bills Micro Credit, formerly Quick Credit has stated in an interview with Bola Ray that he started the Business at the age of 24 years and with just One Thousand Dollars.
The CEO is set to celebrate his 40th birthday in a Grand Occasion at the Independence Square in Accra.
Perhaps, to garner attention for his celebration and his business, Mr. Quaye has granted an interview in which he detailed the processes leading to the success of his Conglomerate.
In the interview, Mr. Quaye said he had only $1,000.00 when he returned from Europe to Ghana. This amount he said aided him to start his business.
In the same interview earlier, the Founder said he washed 5,000 plates a day. This has sparked a lot of debate on social media with some users making calculations to ascertain how feasible it is for one person to wash 5,000 plates a day.
Revealing what ignited his interest in establishing the financial Institution, he stated that most people in his neighborhood regularly depend on others for money. The neighbors asked for loans from people who had returned from Europe or America because the impression was that such individuals had money.
Instead of seeing that as a burden, Mr. Quaye said he rather saw the huge potential to make a business out of that opportunity.
