Prophet Nigel Gaisie has said “A lot of people have lost confidence in the Church”.
Nigel Gaisie is a Ghanaian pastor and the founder of the Prophetic Hill Chapel. He gained prominence in Ghana as a charismatic and controversial figure in the Christian community. Nigel Gaisie has claimed to have prophetic abilities and has made several predictions and revelations about individuals and events in Ghana.

Gaisie is known for his flamboyant style of preaching and his large following. He has been involved in controversies and has faced criticism from some sections of the public. However, he also has a significant number of supporters who believe in his ministry and consider him a genuine prophet.
He made this statement during an interview with Mz Gee on a United TV Entertainment show and attributed it to the various forms of attacks he and other religious personalities have suffered at the hands of news reporters, pundits and particularly bloggers (wink).

He further stated that the majority of Ghanaians do not honor or respect the works of religious leaders in Ghana as done in other African countries. He said it is so because of some attacks they have suffered at the hands of the Ghanaian media.
He mentioned certain instances like that of Honourable Kennedy Agyapong’s long attack on himself and other religious personalities. He said those were very difficult times for him and his family:
“My mother almost had a stroke”. He said of Honorable Kennedy Agyapong, “he caused me irreparable damages…. I have forgiven him but I have not forgotten the lessons” …”If I was not intrinsically strong, maybe I would have given up”.
He also touched on what he calls a “misunderstanding” with Mz Bel in the past that keeps on rearing its ugly head.

The recent stir that was caused by Nana Romeo in a radio interview has finally landed in court. However, he was quite discrete about that issue because he said it is in the court.
He summed the interview up with the caution that, he’s ready to spend some money in court to sue anyone who defames his name henceforth.
