The Western and Eastern regions of Ghana will vote on Thursday 5th December.
The two regions missed out on 2nd December voting. This was as a result of faulty ballots detected.
The chairperson of the EC assured the republic whiles speaking to the media that the ballots were delivered to the two regions on Wednesday 4th December.

Persons who are eligible to vote during this exercise are security officials, members of the media, and members of the electoral commission. These individuals will play a pivotal role during the general elections.
So far, 328 designated centers have been allocated for the special exercise nationwide. Out of which will see a total number of 131,478 voters.
The Eastern regions has 33 voting centers whiles the Western region has 17 voting centers
Due to some defaced ballots during printing, the EC decided to recall the papers and order a reprint.

As of end of 2nd December, all special voting exercise had completed.
Reports indicated the process was generally a success. There were however a few incidences that were recorded during the 2nd December voting. Perhaps the high profile incidence so far had to do with Hon Lydia Alhassan and John Dumelo
The EC has assured a peaceful and credible process. It has also assured a highly credible election process.
