The Electoral Commission has announced a decision to revise previous decision on media accreditation
Earlier, the commission announced a restricted number of media houses to collation centers.

However, after several stakeholder consultation and deliberation, it has decided to rescind its decision.
The limit was 8 media houses per each constituency and 12 per each regional collation center. This even exempted newspapers and online publications
The EC announced that any media house with photo accreditation could also access collation centers.
