Not an international airport but the best and most welcoming airport on all my trips. If you have not yet booked transport to your hotel, don’t worry…Santorini airport has the best hotel transfers you would probably see.

Once you get to the airport exit, you would see a company that takes care of your transfer to your hotel for a fee ranging from 10 – 18 euros in a shared VAN of about 4-6 passengers. Once you get out of the Santorini airport exit, look out for the obvious CHOOSE YAFY or visit www.chooseyafy.com if you want to book in advance.
PIRAEUS PORT
This company can get you anywhere with anything on the island. If you come from a place similar to where I come from, most of us don’t plan our trips, we like to just get up and go, then get surprised at the airport, then we start asking questions about how we would get to our destination, but in Santorini, it’s like every tourist knows why and where they are going. They ask fewer questions.

If you have planned less, or not planned at all as to how to get to your hotel or how to get around or which places to see, you would find CHOOSEYAFY very useful. They’re right at the exit of the airport. This beautiful lady at the desk does her job with so much joy and passion.
SANTORINI PUBLIC TRANSPORT SCHEDULES
When I arrived at Santorini airport, I got stranded at the airport for close to 45minutes, but the lady at the front desk of CHOOSE YAFY coordinated all stranded passengers to their drivers and to their hotels.
