Captain Smart has disclosed on his Onua Morning Political Talk Show that most of the prominent members in the past NPP Government know who killed the “Tiger Eye PI” journalist Ahmed Hussein-Suale.

The Onua TV Host was emphatic and courageous about the alleged killers and mentioned their names loud and clear on his show. He mentioned Dr. Bawumia, former Vice President and 2024 General Elections Presidential Candidate for the NPP, Hon Albert Kan- Dapaah, former National Security Minister, Dr. Akuffo Dampare, former IGP, Hon Kennedy Agyapong, former MP for Assin Central and many others.

Ahmed Suale’s murder case has never been short of interest with some individuals pointing accusing fingers at prominent members in Government.

In the heat of the moment (January 2019) when the Tiger Eye PI journalist was murdered, a U.S. Congressman Hank Johnson got involved and wrote a letter to Secretary Pompeo (https://hankjohnson.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/us-rep-johnson-condemns-journalists-assassination-calls-sanctions).

Congressman Johnson wrote to the State Department to request that U.S Diplomatic authorities in Ghana report to Congress regarding the potential involvement of Hon Ken Agyapong in the murder.

The Congressman also requested the Diplomatic Authorities in Ghana to determine what sanctions may be levied against Kennedy Agyapong MP, including a ban on travel to the U.S., a ban on access to the U.S. banking system for Mr. Agyapong and his businesses, and any other appropriate and applicable sanctions.

It however appears no definite action has been taken in connection with what appears to be a sponsored assassination.

“A Plus”, now member of parliament has spoken more than once on social media and has said he knows the people who killed the late journalist.

It was only a few days ago that the Police reported the arrest of one suspect.

Some have described the whole investigation process by the Police Service as a sham and one that lacks impetus.
