According to John Dumelo, The MP for Ayawaso West Wuogon, he arranged busses to transport University of Ghana level 100 students home for their break. The Hon MP posted the video of himself associating with the students to X (previously Twitter) to announce this.
Many social media users were delighted by the touching gesture and flocked to the comments area to praise the MP for his excellent work.
John Dumelo, who is also the Deputy Agricultural Minister provided the busses that would transport the students to Ho, Kumasi, Tarkoradi, Cape Coast and Elmina.
According sources, Hon Dumelo has done this before. Back in December 2024, he provided busses to take students home after vacation on a campaign called “Travel home with John dumelo”.
