Government Clears All Arrears of Capitation Grant for Basic Schools

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that the government has fully settled all outstanding arrears of the Capitation Grant for basic schools, covering the period from 2023 to date.

In a press release dated 23rd July 2025, the GES highlighted the government’s commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of basic education across the country.
