A driver was found unconscious inside a vehicle under unclear circumstances.
The incident happened on the N1 highway at the Lapaz traffic light.
The driver who is yet to be identified was found slumped over the steering wheel in the stationary car. The car is suspected to be a white unregistered Hyundai Elantra.
Bystanders and the police were at the scene at the traffic light to assist the emergency situation. The individual was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention
