Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly know as A Plus has declared himself victorious.
The musician, entertainment critic and businessman who contested as an independent candidate in the Gomoa Central constituency declared himself winner of the 2024 elections.

The former NPP supporter contested as an independent candidate.
The entertainment critic went on to his Facebook post to announce himself as winner. He simply wrote “I have won”.
It is noteworthy to note that this is the first time A plus is contesting for the parliamentary seat.

He has since received various congratulatory messages. His wife took to social media to congratulate him.
Prominent lawyer, writer and Ghana Celebrities.com founder Chris Vincent also mentioned him in his Facebook post.
We now wait to see the formal declaration from the Electoral commission.
