Four years ago, the Agrihouse Foundation launched the Ghana Poultry Day initiative to enhance Ghana’s poultry sector. This initiative aims to boost consumption and support for local poultry, highlight the industry’s crucial contribution to job creation, food security, and economic development, and build a stronger appreciation among stakeholders and the general public, strengthening the sector’s growth and sustainability.
According to the chef and public relations officer, the event will not just be exciting but also help to advocate for the promotion, consumption and recognition of our poultry industry has a strong conviction that together we can make July 1st a day to remember.
