Dr. Daniel McKorley, the Executive Chairman of the McDan Group has urged Ghanaian youths and entrepreneurs to go beyond prayer and take concreted actions towards their goals.
The Group Chairman spoke at the 2025 PCH Hangouts at the ICGC The New Wine Temple in East Legon. McDan emphasized that hard effort and perseverance are the keys to success.
He also emphasized that actively pursuing one’s objectives rather than passively relying on God is the better course of action. He said “To wait is to work. To wait is to act. “Waiting entails planting seeds of faith even in the absence of results.
Additionally, McDan discussed the value of resilience and exhorted young business owners to accept failure as a necessary part of the process.
Dr. McKorley added “Never fear failure. What you accept will never upset you. If you accept that failure is part of the journey, when it comes, you won’t be frustrated”.
