JUSTIFICATION OF PURPOSE OF VISIT AND CONDITIONS OF STAY

Probably the most ambiguous but common reasons I have come across as the reasons for visa refusal.

Applicants are left more than desperate and in a state of confusion as to why visa was refused.

If you know exactly why your visa was refused, then you can work on it and re-apply, but in most of the cases, applicants do not know exactly what this means.

In most of the cases, it may simply mean the consular does not believe you would return to your home country after the visit. Especially if its your first time visiting, you may need to solidly provide documents to show your lucrative employment – this may be the most important prove of your return.

I have seen applicants buy tour packages to satisfy the Justification of purpose of visit, but still have their visas refused.

Embassy officials need you to prove to them why you need to travel : business, fair, conference, medical, tourism etc. You also need to justify it by producing documents to show.

Largely, your success may depend on your strong economic ties in your home country.
