At the Police Headquarters on Friday, a joyful crowd of civilians and law enforcement officers assembled to greet the recently appointed Inspector General of Police (IGP), COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno.

This came after President John Mahama swore him in at the Jubilee House.
As COP Yohuno’s convoy arrived on the scene, the joyous crowd, who were primarily dressed in white, showed their enthusiasm and support for him.

A man who has not yet been identified was observed sprinkling cash on the individuals gathered around the car during the arrival.
Those lucky enough to pick up the cash were ecstatic and jubilant. This caused a chaotic scene causing the IGP even to stumble a bit.
