The Ghana Police Service have arrested 26 individuals for brandishing and firing toy guns in public.
Residents in Accra have made several complaints to the police about these incident that became rampant in the capital within a few months.
These individuals are in police custody and will be arraigned before court for judicial actions.
The Police have cautioned others who are still in the practice to desist from it or risk arrest and subsequent court action.
The release from the police further stated an operation to curb such a defiant behavior in the coming days
