DA HAMMER RESCUES 2 TOFF
Edward Nana Poku Osei; Popularly known as “Da hammer of the last two” has been and is still a legendary music producer in Ghana. He has produced beats for numerous artistes like Obrafour, Tinny, Sarkodie, Edem etc. When it comes to beat and music production, Hammer has got it all. Though Hammer has not been active in the production of beats in the past 7 years, this has not stopped the legendary music producer from reaching out and helping an industry ”brother” – red eye. Hammer has recently proved that apart from music and beat production for musicians, he can also be best in other areas. It has been reported recently on many news platforms how Hammer personally took interest in the care of one of Ghana’s musicians ”red-eye of 2 Toff fame”.
Particularly interesting was how hammer spoke to Peace FM’s entertainment show host Mr Akwesi Aboagye. Hammer was reluctant in going into details as to how the musician ended up in his predicament and finally at the rehabilitation Centre here in Accra. While most listeners were interested in the details of how and what took “Red-eye” to the rehabilitation Centre, Hammer was more interested in getting the musician in good health and out of the rehabilitation Centre. Hammer even announced a mobile money phone number where friends and sympathizers in and out of the Entertainment fraternity could contribute to the welfare of his friend.
