In a video that is trending on social media, residents in one locality in Ghana have disrupted the activities of illegal miners who are Chinese Nationals.
At the scene, an angry mob could be seen brandishing matchets, clubs and other weapons while shouting angrily at the illegal miners.
It is unclear whether security forces arrived at the scene early to maintain law and order.
However, reports suggest that the angry residents “arrested” the miners and sent them to the Police Station for further investigation.
