U.K Conservative Party Announces Toughest Immigration Rules In Country’s History

U.K’s opposition party has announced its proposed tightening of the country’s immigration rules in future. This was espoused by the conservative leader Kemi Bandenoch.

These immigration rules outlined by the party constitutes the most robust changes ever made in British immigration history. The objectives of the strict rules are : Lower Numbers, Secure Borders, and a System that works.

The proposed changes are as follows:

1.Those who would want to stay in the country permanently would have to stay in the U.K not anymore for 5 years but for 10 years before being eligible to apply for permanent stay.

2. You would have to be a net contributor with a higher up salary, especially if you would want to bring family. If you have a criminal record, you are banned

3. If you have claimed benefits, or need social housing, you cant even apply.

4. The time before you can apply for British passport has been increased from 12 months to 5 years, meaning it would take a minimum of 15 years to start an application.

5. If you enter the country illegally or outstay your visa, you will be banned from ever gaining leave to remain or apply for a passport

The conservative party leader rallied for support from the British people in implementing these further restrictions.
