Sweden has recorded its worst shooting in history after 10 people were killed and several others injured at an adult education centre.
The school offers classes to about 2,000 adults, many or whom are immigrants seeking qualifications to help them find jobs in the Northern country.
Some students were in class while others were having lunch when the gunman began firing.
When the police arrived, the perpetrator had taken his own life after he took that of 10 others.
The Prime Minister has described the attack as the worst shooting in the country’s history.
The shooting happened in the city of Orebro, 200km west from the capital Stockholm.
Authorities believe the gunman acted alone and does not have any links to terrorism.
The attacker shot himself after the unfortunate incident.
The police are still in the process of identifying the victims and have opened an investigation.
