The Ghana Police Service is on a manhunt for persons who caused disturbance during the voting process for members of the council of state.
The disruption happened at the Ashanti Regional coordinating council in Kumasi.
The disturbance led to the voting process being halted and properties of the E.C destroyed.
Officials of the Electoral Commission as well as some journalists present were assaulted during the chaos.
