The parliamentary service of Ghana has released a statement informing the public of registering new parliamentary members tomorrow 25th Dec 2024 online.
The 8th parliament of Ghana comes to an end on 6th January 2025. Afterwards, the 9th parliament will be instituted to begin its work.
Concerning the confusion as to which MP elect will be present, the parliamentary service said targeted messages will be sent inviting elected members.
The statement also clarified that physical registration will start on Thursday 2nd January 2025 and end on 6th January 2025.
