The Barcelona coach, Xavi Hernandez was asked by management to bring his duty as the head coach of the club to an end. This was due to some misunderstanding management and Xavi.
The outgoing Barcelona boss brought ended the season with a 2-1 win over Sevilla at the Estadio R. Sanchez Pizjuan stadium. Goals from Lewandoski and Fermin Lopez in the 15th and 59th minutes for Barcelona and a goal from Youssef En-Nesyri in the 31st minute saw Barcelona win their last game of the season which happens to be Xavi’s last game for the Catalans.
Xavi joined Barcelona Football Club in November 2021 and won one La Liga title and one Supercopa de Espana, both in the 2022-23 season.
